What we ship, week by week.

Cafiyn is early and moving fast. This is the honest log: every enhancement, fix, and beta-driven change to Cafiyn Lens, Cafiyn FlyWheel, and the Blueprint, newest first.

What we are building

One engine, shipped in the open.

Cafiyn is the Go-To-Market Engine: Cafiyn Lens spots the demand and maps the buyer, Cafiyn FlyWheel runs acquisition against that model, and the Blueprint carries what each learns to the other, so every cycle is sharper than the last.

We build weekly and read every piece of beta feedback. A lot of what ships here started as a note from a design partner; where that is the case, this log says so.

The log

Every week, on the record.

    • ImprovedLens. Market Viability sub-scores now render a confidence band, so a thin-data category is flagged visually instead of in a footnote. Beta founders kept asking "how sure are you?", so we made the answer part of the score itself.
    • NewFlyWheel. Added a LinkedIn voice-note step to the Trajectory and Orbit sequences. Early replies suggest it lifts connection-accept rates on cold profiles.
    • ImprovedBlueprint. The objection library is now versioned. You can see how a segment’s objections shifted after a campaign, not just the current list.
    • NewLens. Competitor teardowns now include a hiring-signal read: a competitor’s open roles used as a demand and roadmap proxy.
    • ImprovedFlyWheel. Contact-enrichment coverage is up roughly 12% on Orbit and above after we added a second data provider behind the scenes.
    • BetaFlyWheel. Two design partners flagged duplicate outreach when a prospect matched two campaigns. We shipped a global suppression list the same week, so one account is only ever worked once at a time.
    • ImprovedLens. Median assessment turnaround is down to about 4 hours, from 7. Most first-time users now get a full read the same morning they submit.
    • FixedFlyWheel. The reply classifier was labelling some out-of-office bounces as interested in about 3% of cases. Retrained it; false positives are now well under 1%.
    • NewBlueprint. Willingness-to-pay is now a first-class field FlyWheel reads directly, so pricing-anchored messaging pulls the number Lens estimated.
    • NewPricing. Shipped the Wheels overage pack (+100 Wheels for $19.99, any tier) after beta users hit their monthly ceiling mid-campaign and wanted to keep going without moving up a tier.
    • ImprovedLens. The comparable-company set expanded from 5 to 8 per assessment, with each one linked so you can verify it yourself.
    • BetaLens. Founders asked to keep their assessments after cancelling. We added JSON and PDF export so a Lens read is portable, always.
    • NewFlyWheel. Added a hosted 1-click checkout handoff for standalone apps, so a warm reply can convert without leaving the flow.
    • ImprovedBlueprint. Campaign outcomes now write back within minutes of a reply, not on a nightly job, so the next Lens run sees fresh evidence.
    • FixedLens. The bottom-up TAM calculation double-counted overlapping categories in a few verticals. Corrected the de-duplication; sizing is tighter now.
    • NewLens. Shipped the five-module assessment structure: Opportunity Assessment, ICP & Buyer Discovery, Competitive Intelligence, Positioning Strategy, and Demand Signals.
    • BetaLens. The first cohort found a single viability score too blunt to act on. We broke it into five sub-scores (demand, competition, willingness to pay, timing, reachability) so the number is defensible line by line.
    • NewFlyWheel. Multi-channel sequencing (email plus LinkedIn) went live on Trajectory and above.
    • ImprovedOnboarding. Brought manual-review turnaround under three business days, so accepted applicants start faster.
    • NewBlueprint. The Blueprint shipped as the shared layer between Lens and FlyWheel: Lens writes the market model, FlyWheel writes outcomes back, and each revises the other. This is the loop the whole engine is built on.
    • BetaCafiyn. Opened a standing feedback channel with the first cohort. Every note gets read; the changes above are most of what came out of it.
    • NewCafiyn. Cafiyn founded in Bengaluru. Invited the first private beta cohort and put early builds of Lens and FlyWheel in the hands of design partners.
